When you return to your island home here in Wailea, we will be here to welcome you with Aloha.
Getting Here
Wailea is located on Maui’s sunny south shore, approximately 30 minutes from Kahului Airport (OGG). Rental cars, taxis and rideshare services are available at the airport, making it easy to reach your vacation residence and explore more of the island during your stay.
Turo Rental Car Pickup: If you are renting through Turo, check the Turo app for your vehicle’s assigned pickup location and instructions upon arrival.
Go Rentals: Start your Maui vacation without waiting in the traditional rental car line. Through our partnership with Go Rentals, guests can enjoy personalized service and a curated selection of vehicles designed to make getting from the airport to your Wailea residence as seamless as possible.
Arrival Experience | Check in At 4:00 PM Daily
We offer a contactless self check-in experience for all our Wailea residences. To ensure everything is seamless, your check-in instructions will be sent via text message on the day of your arrival. Learn more.
Guest Services
Our Island Hosts are available to answer any questions at 808-891-6200. If you prefer to text, take advantage of our text messaging service at 808-202-2275, which you will receive instructions on before your arrival. Our locally-based Island Hosts can assist you with everything you need to plan your ultimate Hawaii vacation. Whether it be a private luau or dinner, hiking trail recommendations, bicycle adventure, helicopter tour, or even babysitting, our friendly staff can arrange it for you. You can also review a wide collection of on-island activities to book online in advance of your arrival if you wish.
Housekeeping
Before you arrive, our team of in-house cleaning professionals will clean your residence using industry leading techniques, tools, and products. We will provide housekeeping services every third day for stays six nights or more. If you need anything during your stay such as additional towels or trash removal, please reach out to our Island Hosts at 808-891-6200.
Grocery Deliveries
Skip the line at the grocery store and get your groceries delivered right to your vacation home. Maui Market Delivery, Safeway via Instacart, Hopper Maui and Bite Squad are recommended delivery services. You can also use Hopper Maui and Bite Squad for restaurant food and beverage delivery.
Need Baby Equipment?
It can be challenging to haul baby gear such as pack and plays, car seats, strollers, toys, and more all the way to Hawaii. Take advantage of our exclusive partnership with BabyQuip and save 10% on baby rental gear that can be delivered to your condo prior to your arrival!
