Reservation Policies & Fees
Policies for: Wailea Elua Village, Wailea Ekahi Village, Wailea Ekolu Village, Grand Champions, Polo Beach Club and Makena Surf:
Deposit
- 25% Refundable Deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.
- For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
- For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 60 days prior to arrival.
- Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days prior to arrival.
Fees:
- All reservations will be assessed a 8.50% service fee plus taxes.
- Ekahi Village - A one-time check-out cleaning fee of $200 plus taxes (one-bedroom or studio) or $250 plus taxes (two-bedroom) will be charged per reservation.
- Ekolu Village - A one-time check-out cleaning fee of $200 plus taxes (one-bedroom) or $250 plus taxes (two-bedroom) will be charged per reservation.
- Wailea Grand Champions - A one-time check-out cleaning fee of $200 plus taxes (one-bedroom) or $250 plus taxes (two-bedroom) or $300 plus taxes (three-bedroom) will be charged per reservation.
- Elua Village - A property check-in fee of $200.00 plus taxes will be assessed per reservation.
- Makena Surf - A property check-in fee of $50.00 plus taxes will be assessed per reservation.
- Polo Beach Club – A property check-in fee of $150.00 plus taxes will be assessed per reservation.
- A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $109, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. - Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
- Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Policies for Ho'olei Residences
Deposit
- 25% Refundable Deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking
- For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.

- For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 60 days prior to arrival.
- Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days prior to arrival.
Fees
- A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $149, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. - A one-time check-out cleaning fee of $400 plus taxes will be charged per reservation.

Check-In/Check-Out Times
- Check-in is 4:00pm
- Check-out is 11:00am
Minimum Night Stay Requirements
- Wailea Elua Village, Makena Surf: Five (5) night minimum
- Wailea Beach Villas, Wailea Ekahi Village, and Polo Beach Club: Three (3) night minimum
- Wailea Grand Champions and Wailea Ekolu Village: Three (3) night minimum
- Wailea Point: 30 night minimum
- *Minimums subject to change without notice and may be higher during the holiday.
Other Terms & Conditions
- A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name on the reservation will be required to check-in
- We honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover
- Additional per person over standard occupancy charge of $35 plus tax for all properties except Wailea Beach Villas
- Wailea Beach Villas additional per person over standard occupancy charge of $50 plus tax
- Children 12 years and under stay free, but are included in maximum occupancies and if using existing bedding.
- No pets allowed
- Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.17% General Excise Tax
- All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change
- All units are non-smoking and outdoor areas may be restricted in accordance with the individual property's Homeowner Association Rules
- Deposit and Cancellation policies may very depending on when your reservation was booked. Please check your confirmation for deposit and cancellation terms.
