Cancellation Terms

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellation terms may vary depending on your rate and booking channel. Standard reservations typically offer a full refund if canceled 30 days prior to arrival. Please refer to your confirmation details for specific terms.

  • Are there non-refundable rates?

    Yes, some promotional rates are non-refundable. Be sure to review terms before booking.

  • Can I modify my reservation?

    While there is no restaurant on-site, your villa includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The Shops at Wailea, with some of the most popular dining options in South Maui, is just minutes away.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

  • What is included in the housekeeping service?

    Before your arrival, our team ensures your residence is thoroughly cleaned using industry-leading techniques and products. For guest stays five to nine nights, we provide a complimentary mid-stay cleaning on your third or fourth day. For stays over ten nights, we provide two complimentary mid-stay cleanings every three to four days. Mid-stay cleans include:

    • Change of bed linens
    • Replacement of soiled bathroom towels
    • Restocking and cleaning of bathrooms
    • Cleaning kitchen and dishwasher load
    • Trash removal
    • Sweeping and mopping floors
    • Dusting furniture and cleaning tabletops
    • Vacuuming entire residence
    • Cleaning lanai tabletops and floors
  • Are in-unit laundry facilities available?

    Yes, each villa features a private washer and dryer for guest use.

  • What should I do if maintenance is required during my stay?

    Please contact our Guest Services Team or our on-call maintenance team. We are happy to promptly assist with any needs.
