Where is Aspenwood located?
Aspenwood Condominiums are centrally located on Carriage Way, just 100 yards from the slopes and a short walk from Snowmass Mall.
How do I get to Aspenwood?
Aspenwood is conveniently located, a short 15-minute drive from Aspen/Pitkin County Airport. Alternatively, it's a 4-hour drive from Denver International Airport. Guests can enjoy a complimentary shuttle service to and from Aspen Airport for effortless travel.

What types of accommodations are available?
Aspenwood offers a selection of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom condominium-style residences that come with fully equipped kitchens and spacious living and kitchen areas
Is Aspenwood ski-in/ski-out?
Although not ski-in/ski-out, the Aspenwood Condominium offers a convenient location with easy access to the slopes
Is Aspenwood pet friendly?
Unfortunately we have a strict no-pet policy.

What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 9:00 AM.

What are the cancellation policies?
Off-Peak (April 1 - December 20): Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Holiday (December 21 - January 2): Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Winter (January 3 - March 31): Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Do you offer travel insurance?
We strongly recommend trip cancellation and interruption insurance.

Is there a pool or a hot tub?
Yes! Aspenwood comes with two hot tubs and a heated pool, perfect for relaxing in after a long day on the mountain.
Do the condominiums have full kitchens?
All rooms are equipped with a full kitchen and appliances, enabling you to prepare home-cooked meals during your holiday.
Is there Wi-Fi?
High-speed internet is available in all rooms.
Is there a fitness center?
Yes, the Aspenwood condominium comes with a fitness center and a sauna.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, Aspenwood has a shared laundry facility.

What is included in the housekeeping service?
Before your arrival, each room will be meticulously cleaned using industry-leading techniques and products. Room servicing is every other day, starting on the third day (towel refresh and trash removal).
Linens can be changed upon request
