CORALTREE HOSPITALITY TERMS

By using #ShareYourCoralTreeStay, or otherwise sharing your content in an approved manner, you agree to these Terms. These Terms allow CoralTree Hospitality and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and service providers to use your photograph(s), video(s), music, sounds, files, and other content (“Footage”), and require you to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those regarding copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING TO THE USE OF THE FOOTAGE. BY AGREEING, YOU ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THESE TERMS.

License

You hereby grant to CoralTree Hospitality and its affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and each of their respective licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, “CoralTree”) a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license, in perpetuity, to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, display, distribute, publish, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such Footage without further authorization from you and without name credit, in any manner and as frequently as CoralTree determines in its sole discretion.

This license includes, without limitation, use of the Footage for purposes of advertising, marketing, promotion, publicity, social media, public relations, trade, editorial, and other commercial or promotional purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed.

CoralTree shall have the unlimited right, without further authorization from you, to duplicate the Footage as needed and to alter, edit, retouch, crop, resize, adapt, or use the Footage in composite form in any manner.

You hereby waive any claim to royalties, rights, remuneration, compensation, or other consideration in any form arising from or related to CoralTree’s use of the Footage.

You hereby release and hold harmless CoralTree, its affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, licensees, successors, assigns, and authorized agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities that arise out of or are in any way connected with CoralTree’s use of the Footage in accordance with these Terms.

Third Parties in the Footage

You hereby warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the full right and authority to enter into this agreement in your own name, and have obtained the explicit permission of any individual or company that is depicted, identified, or otherwise included in the Footage.

If any individual depicted in the Footage is under the age of 18, you represent and warrant that you have obtained permission from that individual's parent or legal guardian.

You agree that you are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, releases, consents, and authorizations from individuals and companies appearing in or otherwise included in the Footage.

If you are an individual (or the parent or legal guardian of an individual under the age of 18) who is depicted in Footage used by CoralTree and you did not grant explicit permission for such use, please contact CoralTree at info@coraltreehospitality.com.

Ownership and/or Authorization to Use and Display the Footage

You warrant and represent that you own the copyright to the Footage and/or have acquired, been assigned, or otherwise possess all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary to use and display the Footage and to grant the licenses and permissions set forth in these Terms.

You further represent and warrant that the Footage does not infringe upon or violate the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.

Updates to These Terms

CoralTree reserves the right to change, update, or correct these Terms at any time without notice by posting amended Terms.
