Reservation Policies & Fees

Deposit  

  • 25% Refundable Deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.
  • For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.

Remaining Balance    

  • For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Terms

  • Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
  • Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

Fees

  • A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $149, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation.   This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and it's contents up to $3,000.  Click here to view the full damage waiver: Puunoa Beach Estates Damage Waiver
