Policies for Kukui'ula Luxury Home Collection

25% Refundable Deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.
For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.

For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 60 days prior to arrival.
Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days prior to arrival.

Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

All Reservations will be assessed a $150 reservation fee.
A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $149, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name on the reservation will be required to check-in.

Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax
All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change
All units are non-smoking and outdoor areas may be restricted in accordance with the individual property's Homeowner Association Rules
Please note that guests of the Kukui'ula Luxury Home Collection do not have access to The Club at Kukui'ula. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with an exceptional stay.
