Where is the Kukui’ula Luxury Home Collection located?
The Kukui’ula Luxury Home Collection is located on the island of Kauai on its exclusive southern shore. Just 27 minutes from the Lihue Airport, the neighborhood of Kukui’lua is also within 10 minutes of historic Koloa and the beach town of Poipu. We have a series of private homes and estates all located at varying addresses in this sought-after neighborhood.

What kind of accommodations are available?
We currently offer three- and four-bedroom villas and private homes that each have their unique features and amenities. All vacation homes are designed to give the feeling of relaxed Hawaiian elegance.

Absolutely! Our homes are excellent options for families, couples, or groups of friends.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in and check-out times are subject to change but will be provided after booking.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Requests are subject to availability. Please contact our guest services team in advance to inquire about accommodations.

How do I access my vacation home?
You’ll receive detailed arrival instructions via email before your stay, including directions and secure access information.

Is there someone on-site if I have questions?
Yes, our local team that has an office minutes from your home is available to assist before and during your stay with anything you need.
Cancellation Terms

What is your standard cancellation policy?
- Travel dates 1/5/25-12/18/25: 30 days or more notification prior to arrival, one night deposit will be refunded.
- Travel dates 1/5/25-12/18/25: Less than 30 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
- For the Christmas / New Year's period 12/19/25 - 1/4/26: Cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival: 50% deposit will be forfeited.
- For the Christmas / New Year's period 12/19/25 - 1/4/26: Cancellations within 90 days of arrival: full reservation value will be forfeited / no refunds.
- For stays of 21 nights or more: Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival: 50% deposit will be forfeited.
- For stays of 21 nights or more: Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: full forfeiture of reservation value, no refunds.

Are pools and hot tubs available?
Yes, all of our residences have private pools. Some of our private residences also have hot tubs in addition to a pool.
Housekeeping & Maintenance

What is included in the housekeeping service?
Before your arrival, our professional housekeeping team ensures your residence is thoroughly cleaned using industry-leading techniques and products. If any areas in the home do not meet your standards upon arrival, please let our team know and we will have it addressed promptly. Upon departure, we will again clean the home with a close attention to detail.
