The Maui County Charity Walk is an annual fundraising event hosted by the Maui Hotel & Lodging Association that supports local non-profit organizations. Since 1980, this 2.5-mile walk has become Hawai'i's largest single-day charitable event, bringing together community members across Maui, Moloka'i, and Lāna'i.
The event has raised a cumulative total of $19.2 million over its history, and funds directly support a wide range of local charities, including health agencies, educational programs, community services, and housing support groups. Each May, participants walk together, embodying the spirit of aloha and collective support, making a meaningful difference in the lives of local residents through their collective generosity.
