Where is Vantage Point located?
Vantage Point is conveniently located in Lionshead Village in Vail, Colorado. Close to Vail’s world-class skiing, dining, and shopping, Vantage Point’s location is part of its draw!

How do I get to Vantage Point?
Vantage Point is approximately a two-hour drive from Denver International Airport or a 40-minute drive from the smaller Eagle County Regional Airport. Like much of Vail, Vantage Point is easily reached from Interstate 70. Please note that travel times, especially in the winter, can be impacted by traffic or weather conditions.

Is Vantage Point pet-friendly?
While we are sure your pets are lovely, we adhere to a strict no-pet policy. Thank you for understanding!

What time is check-in?
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM Mountain Time.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM Mountain Time.

Can I have an early check-in and/or check-out?
Please reach out to our Vail team, check-in/check-out extensions are subject to availability.
Cancellation Terms

What are your cancellation policies?
Please review the policies and terms for the dates you are confirming. Deposit and cancellation vary.
- Spring, Summer, and Fall Season - Reservation fully non-refundable 14 days prior to check-in.
- Winter Season - Reservation fully non-refundable 30 days before check-in.
- Peak Winter Holiday Dates - Reservation fully non-refundable 60 days prior to check-in.
Amenities & Activities

Is there a pool?
Yes! Vantage Point has a pool available for our guests, but please note the pool will be closed during the winter months.

Is there a hot tub?
Vantage Point has two hot tubs that guests can enjoy year-round.

Do the residences have coffee makers?
Fear not, whether you’re looking for a morning kick or just hoping to warm your hands after a day on the slopes, every unit has a coffee maker.

Is there a kitchen in-unit?
All Vantage Point residences do have kitchens. Kitchens are outfitted with cooking essentials plus dining necessities like dishes and utensils.

Does my vacation rental have a fireplace?
Yes, all of the available Vantage Point vacation rentals have fireplaces in the main living areas.
Housekeeping & Maintenance

What is included in the housekeeping service?
Before your arrival, our team ensures your residence is thoroughly cleaned using industry-leading techniques and products. For stays of five to nine nights, we provide a complimentary mid-stay cleaning on the third or fourth day. For stays of ten nights or longer, guests receive two complimentary mid-stay cleanings every three to four days, which include:
- Change of bed linens
- Replacement of soiled bathroom towels
- Restocking and cleaning of bathrooms
- Cleaning kitchen and dishwasher load
- Trash removal
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Dusting furniture and cleaning tabletops
- Vacuuming entire residence
