Cancellation Terms

  • What are your cancellation policies?

    Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival (non-peak season) or 60 days before arrival (peak and holiday periods) receive a full refund. Cancellations made after these windows may forfeit deposits or be subject to additional charges.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

  • What is included in the housekeeping service?

    Before your arrival, our team ensures your residence is thoroughly cleaned using industry-leading techniques and products. For stays of five to nine nights, we provide a complimentary mid-stay cleaning on the third or fourth day. For stays of ten nights or longer, guests receive two complimentary mid-stay cleanings every three to four days, which include:

    • Change of bed linens
    • Replacement of soiled bathroom towels
    • Restocking and cleaning of bathrooms
    • Cleaning kitchen and dishwasher load
    • Trash removal
    • Sweeping and mopping floors
    • Dusting furniture and cleaning tabletops
    • Vacuuming entire residence
