Housekeeping & Maintenance

What is included in the housekeeping service?
Before your arrival, our team ensures your residence is thoroughly cleaned using industry-leading techniques and products. For stays of five to nine nights, we provide a complimentary mid-stay cleaning on the third or fourth day. For stays of ten nights or longer, guests receive two complimentary mid-stay cleanings every three to four days, which include:
- Change of bed linens
- Replacement of soiled bathroom towels
- Restocking and cleaning of bathrooms
- Cleaning kitchen and dishwasher load
- Trash removal
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Dusting furniture and cleaning tabletops
- Vacuuming entire residence
