Where is Tamarack Townhomes located?
We’re located just across the street from Snowmass Base Village in Snowmass Village, Colorado, steps from the Elk Camp Gondola and Village Express lifts.

What types of accommodations are available?
We offer 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom townhomes, ranging from 840 to 1,300 square feet, all with full kitchens, private entrances, and generous living space.

Is Tamarack part of a hotel?
Tamarack Townhomes are vacation rentals managed by CoralTree Residence Collection, combining the comforts of home with boutique-style hospitality.

Is Tamarack pet-friendly?
At this time, Tamarack Townhomes are not pet-friendly. We welcome service animals as defined by the ADA.

Is parking included?
Yes! Each unit includes dedicated parking, just steps from your townhome entrance.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 11:00 AM.

Yes, all units feature fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances and all the essentials for meal prep and dining in.

Absolutely. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet is available throughout every unit.

Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, every townhome includes an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

Do you have a pool or hot tub?
Yes! Guests enjoy access to a heated outdoor pool and year-round hot tub—a favorite après-ski or post-hike retreat.

Is there a fitness center?
Tamarack does not currently offer a fitness center, but guests can enjoy extensive outdoor recreation just outside the door.
Housekeeping & Maintenance

What is included in the housekeeping service?
Before your arrival, our team ensures your residence is thoroughly cleaned using industry-leading techniques and products. For stays of five to nine nights, we provide a complimentary mid-stay cleaning on the third or fourth day. For stays of ten nights or longer, guests receive two complimentary mid-stay cleanings every three to four days, which include:
- Change of bed linens
- Replacement of soiled bathroom towels
- Restocking and cleaning of bathrooms
- Cleaning kitchen and dishwasher load
- Trash removal
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Dusting furniture and cleaning tabletops
- Vacuuming entire residence
