For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 60 days prior to arrival.
Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
For stays of 21 nights or more: Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Full forfeiture of reservation value, no refunds
Fees:
All Reservations will be assessed with a 5.0% service fee plus taxes.
There is a $350 plus applicable taxes check out cleaning fee
A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $149, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and its contents up to $3,000.
Other Terms & Conditions
A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name on the reservation will be required to check-in.

Additional per person, per day over standard occupancy charge is $35 plus tax.
Children 12 years and under stay free, but are included in maximum occupancies

Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax
