What To Expect When You Stay With Us
Arrival Experience
Prior to your arrival, you will be sent instructions on how to sign up for our texting service, Zingle. Three days before your stay, we will text you from 808-793-5163 with comprehensive check-in instructions.
Your Vacation Home
Our spacious residences allow you to vacation at your own pace with private lanais, fully equipped kitchens, and room for the entire family in a secluded hideaway.

Our guest services staff are very familiar with the island and can provide helpful tips. Dinner reservations and babysitting are also easily arranged. We encourage guests to reach out via our Zingle texting service at 808-793-5163, emailing us at ml-frontdesk@coraltreeresidences.com, or by phone rather than coming in to the office. We have also partnered with Pleasant Holidays to offer great rates and reservations for all Big Island activities from luaus and dinner cruises to bicycle adventures and helicopter tours. Simply call Pleasant Holidays at 808-931-8075 and coordinate your local activities.
Housekeeping
Before you arrive, our team of in-house professionals will clean your residence using industry leading techniques, tools, and products. For guest stays five to nine nights, we provide a complimentary mid-stay cleaning on your third or fourth day. For stays over ten nights, we provide two complimentary mid-stay cleanings every three to four days. Our mid-stay housekeeping service ensures that your residence is returned to its original pristine and flawlessly arranged state for extended comfort while on vacation. If you need anything during your stay such as additional towels or trash removal, we have you covered - just send us a text via Zingle or give us a quick call!

Transportation Options
Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport (KOA) is the nearest airport to our condo resorts on the Island of Hawaii. These are the transportation services available on the island:
- Car Rental- The best way to experience all the "Big Island" has to offer is by driving to the assortment of towns and regions across the island. We partner with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and can arrange a rental car waiting for you at Kona International Airport or anytime during your stay at our residneces in Mauna Lani.
- Taxicab - Taxis are available at the airport, but may be infrequent unless planned in advance.
- Uber- For Uber members, the Island of Hawaii has a fleet of UberX and UberSelect rides.
Grocery Services
Skip the line at the grocery store and order your groceries ahead of time. Foodland Farms in Mauna Lani is offering online ordering and pickup.
