  • Where is Mauna Lani Luxury Collection located?

    Our collection of luxurious private homes, estates, and vacation residences are located within the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort along the Kohala Coast on Hawaii’s Big Island.

  • What types of accommodations are available?

    We offer a curated selection of two- to four-bedroom private homes and villas, many with private pools, lanais, and serviced by our team of seasoned hospitality professionals.

  • Are the homes family-friendly?

    Absolutely! Our spacious residences are perfect for families because of their large floor plans, private bedrooms, and social areas like living rooms, dining rooms, and custom outdoor lanais. Located a short drive from calm and inviting beaches make Mauna Lani an ideal destination for families and multigenerational travel.

  • Is parking available?

    Yes, each home includes a private garage or designated parking spot at no additional cost.

Check-In & Check-Out

Cancellation Terms

  • What is your standard cancellation policy?

    Standard reservations may be canceled or modified up to 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable.

    For the Christmas/New Years period (12/19 – 1/4): Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

  • Are there non-refundable booking options?

    Yes, discounted advance purchase rates are available but are non-refundable and require full prepayment at the time of booking.

  • What if I need to change my dates?

    Date changes are possible up to 30 days prior to arrival (or 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas/New Years bookings), based on availability. Please contact our reservations team for assistance.

Amenities & Activities

  • Do guests have access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club?

    Yes! All guests receive complimentary access to the gated parking lot that fronts the Mauna Lani Beach Club. This allows for easy access to the beach and access to the coastal lounge chairs and oceanfront dining at Napua.

  • Are pools and hot tubs available?

    Many of our homes feature private pools or spas. Select residences also have access to shared recreation centers with lap pools and fitness areas. Each home will differ, so be sure to review the specific descriptions and details surrounding each home in our collection.

  • Is Wi-Fi included?

    Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is included in every residence.

  • Is there air conditioning in the homes?

    Yes, all of our properties include central air conditioning and ceiling fans for added comfort.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

  • What is included in the housekeeping service?

    Before your arrival, our team ensures your residence is thoroughly cleaned using industry-leading techniques and products. For stays of five to nine nights, we provide a complimentary mid-stay cleaning on the third or fourth day. For stays of ten nights or longer, guests receive two complimentary mid-stay cleanings every three to four days, which include:

    • Change of bed linens
    • Replacement of soiled bathroom towels
    • Restocking and cleaning of bathrooms
    • Cleaning kitchen and dishwasher load
    • Trash removal
    • Sweeping and mopping floors
    • Dusting furniture and cleaning tabletops
    • Vacuuming entire residence
    • Cleaning lanai tabletops and floors
  • What if something isn’t working in the home?

    Our local team is available to respond promptly to any maintenance concerns or special requests.

  • Are laundry facilities available?

    Yes, all homes include in-residence washers and dryers for your convenience.
