Policies for Wailea Elua Village

Deposit  

  • One night refundable deposit, inclusive of tax, will be charged at the time of booking.
  • For stays of 21 nights or longer, a 50% non-refundable deposit, inclusive of tax, will be charged at the time of booking. 
  • For Christmas/New Years (12/19/24-1/4/25) booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.

Remaining Balance    

  • Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Stays of 21 nights or longer: Balance will be charged 60 days prior to arrival 
  • For the Christmas/New Year's period (12/19/24 – 1/4/25): Balance will be automatically charged 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Terms

  • 30 days or more notification prior to arrival, one night deposit will be refunded.
  • Less than 30 days notification prior to arrival, full forfeiture of the reservation value. No refund will be issued.
  • Stays of 21 nights or more: 60 days or more notification, 50% deposit will be forfeited.
  • Stays of 21 nights or more: Less than 60 days' notification prior to arrival, full forfeiture of the reservation value/no refunds. 

For the Christmas/New Year's period 12/19-1/4

  • Cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival:50% deposit will be forfeited. 
  • Cancellation within 90 days of arrival: Full forfeiture of reservation value, nor refunds.  

Fees

  • All Reservations will be assessed a 8.50% service fee plus taxes.
  • Elua Village - A property check-in fee of $150.00 plus taxes will be assessed per reservation.
  • A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $79, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. Other Terms & Conditions

  • A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name on the reservation will be required to check-in.
  • We honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover.
  • Additional per person, per day over standard occupancy charge is $35 plus tax.
  • Children 12 years and under stay free, but are included in maximum occupancies.
  • No pets allowed
  • Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax.
  • All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change.
  • All units are non-smoking and outdoor areas may be restricted in accordance with the individual property's Homeowner Association Rules.
