For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 60 days prior to arrival.
Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms:
Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Fees:
All Reservations will be assessed a 8.50% service fee plus taxes.
Polo Beach Club – A property check-in fee of $150.00 plus taxes will be assessed per reservation.
A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $109, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name on the reservation will be required to check-in.

Additional per person, per day over standard occupancy charge is $35 plus tax.
Children 12 years and under stay free, but are included in maximum occupancies

Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax
