  • Where is Polo Beach Club located?

    The Polo Beach Club is an oceanfront resort in Wailea, Maui, situated directly on Polo Beach. Our prime location offers easy access to Wailea’s world-class golf courses, luxury shopping, and top-rated restaurants.

  • What types of accommodations are available?

    We offer spacious two-bedroom oceanfront residences categorized into Platinum and Gold tiers. Each residence features premium furnishings, modern kitchens, private lanais, and breathtaking ocean views.

  • What is the best way to get to the Polo Beach Club from the airport?

    The resort is approximately 30 minutes from Kahului Airport (OGG). Guests can rent a car, arrange private transportation, or use rideshare services for convenient access.

  • Are pets allowed?

    It is important to understand that the state of Hawaii has strict protocols when it comes to bringing animals to Hawaii. There are quarantine requirements, health certificates, and other forms that must be completed prior to travel. Polo Beach Club does not allow pets. Certified service animals are allowed and must be registered on property

Cancellation Terms

  • What are the cancellation terms?
    • Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
    • Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

  • What is included in the housekeeping service?

    Before your arrival, our team will clean your residence using industry-leading techniques and products. For stays of five to nine nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning on your third or fourth day. For stays exceeding ten nights, we provide two complimentary mid-stay cleanings every three to four days, which includes:

    • Change of bed linens
    • Replacement of soiled bathroom towels
    • Restocking and cleaning of bathrooms
    • Kitchen cleaning and loading the dishwasher
    • Trash removal
    • Sweeping and mopping floors
    • Dusting furniture and cleaning tabletops
    • Vacuuming the residence
    • Cleaning lanai tabletops and floors
  • What should I do if I need maintenance assistance?

    For any maintenance requests, please contact the on-site management team. Our team is available to promptly address any concerns to ensure a seamless stay.
