What amenities are included with the residence?
Guests enjoy world-class amenities, including a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, fireplace, balcony, and access to the resort hot tub and swimming pool.

How close is the property to the Snowmass Village Mall and Base Village?
The residence is steps away from both. You can easily walk to the Snowmass Mall (3 minutes) and the Base Village (10 minutes) for shopping, dining, and gondola access.

Are pets allowed?
To ensure a comfortable and allergen-free experience for all our guests, pets are not permitted on the property at this time.

What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 9:00 AM.

Where do I check in upon arrival?
Guests check in at the Stonebridge Inn.
Cancellation Terms

What are the cancellation terms?
Off-Peak (April 1 – December 20): Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Holiday (December 21 – January 2): Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Winter (January 3 – March 31): Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Does the residence have a hot tub or pool access?
Guests of Willows have access to the building's outdoor, heated swimming pool ( and hot tub. These are perfect for relaxing tired muscles after a day on the slopes or trails.

Is the residence equipped with Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included in all stays, allowing guests to work remotely, stream entertainment, and stay connected throughout their visit.

Are there laundry facilities?
The studio is equipped with laundry facilities.

Are cooking facilities provided?
Yes, Willows features a fully equipped kitchenette.
Housekeeping & Maintenance

What is included in the housekeeping service?
We ensure your comfort and safety of our guests with a detailed, industry-standard cleaning of your residence before your arrival. To maintain freshness, scheduled room servicing occurs every other day starting from your third day, and includes towel changes and trash removal. Should you require, linen changes can be arranged upon request.
